I want to share some websites that I have saved of very talented costumers who have done a fabulous job recreating some movie/stage/anime costumes~

Anea has recreated many Phantom of the Opera (stage) costumes and is incredibly talented!

Christine Hall Designs

So many gorgeous costumes that Christine has made- many of them her own creation (various Victorian bustle gowns), but also movie costumes such as Bram Stoker's Dracula, Gone with the Wind, Sleepy Hollow (Tim Burton's version), and many more!  **She made my wedding gown which was a reproduction of Christine Daae's wedding gown from Phantom of the Opera- the stage version.  She was professional and also very nice- a pleasure to work with. :-)

Fire Lily Cosplay

A talented Cosplayer!  She has recreated Maid Marian from "Robin Hood Men in Tights", Miss Scarlett from the film "Clue", Princess Aurora from Disney's, "Sleeping Beauty" as well as creating the Briar Rose costume from the film as well, She-Ra Princess of Power, Jem from the cartoon "Jem and the Holograms"- she has made so many costumes I have never seen done before!

Fleur de Lee Antique Reproduction

Beautiful historical or antique jewelry.  She will take older pieces of jewelry that has perhaps fallen apart, then will create a brand new design that's still antique- very cool in my book!

She also takes commissions- she recreated Mina's black necklace that she wears with the red "absinthe" gown from "Bram Stoker's Dracula."  She was wonderful to work with!

Joy's Phantom of the Opera Costumes

Joy recreated many of Christine's costumes from the ALW stage version of Phantom.  She also made me my very first costume ever- a replica of Christine's dressing gown- more specifically the original Sarah Brightman version.

Michaela de Bruce Costumes

I see her old website I had has been down for some time, however, I found her new costume site! She has recreated many period costumes and also done some stage/film costumes as well.

Time After Time Designs

Wigs wigs and more wigs!  Very talented staff.  They have recreated many film wigs such as The Little Mermaid, Sweeney Todd, Sleeping Beauty.  They have also recreated Christine Daae's wig from the stage ALW version of Phantom of the Opera.  I own this very wig and it's gorgeous, so looks like the original stage version!

I have a loooong wishlist for other costumes and this blog is only the beginning- I'm sure I will be adding more whenever a new movie comes out or I come across a costume I like on the net.

This gown is so gorgeous, it's just a shame it's in one very short scene in the film and it's barely shown. :-(

Lucy's "snake dress" (actress is Sadie Frost)~

This photo is of a woman who made a reproduction of the snake dress gown, just wanted to add it- wonderful replica!  I found it on a website, however, there was no information as to the woman's name or anything of that nature.  So it's a mystery!
